Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when you use the game Coilz, available at coilz.fun (the “Game”), operated by VSGAME (“we”, “us”, the “Operator”). It is prepared in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” No. 2297-VI dated 1 June 2010, and, where applicable to visitors from the European Economic Area, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679.

1. Summary

The Game is a browser game. It requires no registration and no account. We do not ask for your real name, email, phone number, or any document. We do not sell your data. The only third-party service that processes device/usage data is GameAnalytics (analytics), described below.

You stay anonymous to us. Because we process only anonymous, aggregated data, we do not know who our players are and have no technical way to identify you or to contact you. We cannot reach out to you. If you ever want to contact us, you can do so voluntarily at any time using the email in this Policy — but we will not be able to link an anonymous request to any specific device or session.

We use GameAnalytics (GameAnalytics ApS, Denmark) as a data processor to understand aggregate, anonymous usage of the Game and to improve it. When you play, the GameAnalytics SDK may process:

Random identifierA randomly generated device/user ID (UUID) created by the SDK. It is not your name and is not used to identify you personally.
Device & technical dataDevice model, operating system and version, platform, browser, screen/connection type, game build version.
Approximate locationCountry/region, derived from your IP address. GameAnalytics uses the IP address only to determine the country and does not store the IP address.
Gameplay eventsAnonymous events such as session start/length, game start, game over, score/length, time alive, chosen skin type and language. No personal content.

GameAnalytics acts as our processor and is contractually bound to process this data only on our behalf. For details on how GameAnalytics processes data, see the GameAnalytics Privacy Policy.

3.4. Advertising

Advertising is not enabled at the time of writing. If we introduce advertising in the future, third-party ad providers may process device and usage data to serve and measure ads under their own privacy policies, and this Policy will be updated accordingly.

We do not use advertising cookies. The Game uses browser local storage for your settings (as above). Analytics may use a local identifier or similar technology to count sessions. You can clear local storage and any cookies via your browser at any time; the Game will continue to work.

6. Data sharing and international transfer

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with GameAnalytics (processor) as described. The Game may also be distributed through third-party game portals, which operate under their own privacy policies. GameAnalytics may process data on servers located in the EU/EEA and other countries; such transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards.

Settings stored on your device remain until you clear them. Aggregated analytics are retained by GameAnalytics according to its retention terms. We do not maintain our own database of identifiable users.

8. Your rights

Under the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” (and, where applicable, the GDPR) you have the right to: know whether your data is processed and for what purpose; access your data; request correction, deletion or restriction of processing; object to processing; and lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) or your local supervisory authority.

9. Children

The Game is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
